Core timing and event data run on the local appliance. Phones, kiosks, and browser displays connect over your venue’s network. Internet access may be needed for setup or updates.
Yes. The dedicated remote interface provides run and scoring controls in a phone-friendly layout. Connect the phone to the same venue network as Vertex.
Yes. Set your venue name and timer title, upload your logo, and choose an appearance theme to carry your identity across the app.
A completed run goes into review. An operator accepts the result before it appears in results and leaderboards. You can reset and retry when needed.
Yes. Course revisions let you update layouts and obstacle rules. Active and completed runs retain their stored rule and course context.
Yes. Export run history and queues as CSV, import runner queues from CSV, and use the appliance’s database backup tools.
